Aura-7 is one of the market's strongest PWOs. You should "cycle" the product, i.e. not take it regularly so that you build up tolerance. Use when you feel you need that little extra!
For the best effect, mix 1-2 scoops (12-24g) with 400 ml of water and drink 20-30 minutes before physical activity. The product is potent and we therefore recommend that you start with 0.5 scoops to determine your tolerance level and then gradually increase to 1-2 scoops. Maximum dosage is 2 scoops and should not be exceeded.
