Each dose of this pre workout gives you a whopping 6,000 mg of citrulline malate, 5,500 mg of beta-alanine and 4,000 mg of A-AKG complex as well as many other active ingredients. DY Nutrition has spared no expense and developed a PWO where you will undoubtedly feel the familiar tingles of a high dose of beta-alanine, the alert alertness of 372 mg of caffeine and the familiar feeling of AAKG and tyrosine. The caffeine comes partly from natural sources in the form of guarana and green tea and this is combined with polyphenols, piperine and orange extract.

Blood & Guts has everything you could possibly want in a PWO and then some. It mixes easily in a shaker and should be drunk about 15 minutes before training to give the body enough time to absorb all the active ingredients.
Number of doses per package: 20 pcs.
Recommended daily dose: Mix 2 scoops (19 g) with 2.5 – 3.5 dl of water and drink 15 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
