C4 Ultimate from Cellucor is the new generation PWO. C4 Ultimate has focused on well-used ingredients but uses carefully balanced dosages in combination with more exotic content such as cocoa extract and Nitrosigine®.
Caffeine is still one of the most common ingredients in a PWO. C4 Ultimate has included a whopping 300mg per scoop. This is because caffeine in its dosages provides increased concentration, attention and alertness. At doses exceeding 3 mg per kg of body weight, caffeine also contributes to increased muscle endurance capacity and to increased performance in muscle endurance work.
4 Ultimate contains the quality ingredients Nitrosigine® and CarnoSyn®. Nitrosigine® is a registered variant of arginine (inositol-arginine silicate) and CarnoSyn® is a registered variant of beta-alanine. Where many others choose ordinary arginine and beta-alanine, Cellucor has not held back on quality and therefore chooses these pure ingredients for C4 Ultimate.
