CLA from Elit Nutrition is extracted from thistle where the fatty acid CLA is extracted through the isomers c9, t11, t10 and c12. CLA from Elit Nutrition has a 50:50 distribution between cis-9, trans-11 isomers and cis-12, trans-10 isomers.
Recommended dose: 3 capsules per day. Dosage: one capsule at breakfast, one at lunch and 30 minutes before physical activity.
