Not all protein is the same

Away with lactose, sugar and fat
Clear Whey is filtered in several stages. This process removes almost all the carbohydrates and therefore also most of the lactose. Even the majority of the fat disappears completely and what remains is the pure protein. A serving of 25 g therefore provides a whopping 20 g of protein, 1 g (or less) of carbohydrates and less than 0.5 g of fat.
