Complete Protein 3 is instantized for extra easy solubility and has a very high protein content and almost non-existent fat & lactose.
It contains a 50/50 blend of whey isolate & casein. Like mother's milk, Complete 3 contains high levels of lactoferrin, which is a biocomponent from whey where it is found in negligible amounts.- Stimulates the immune system.

Bioactive Lactoferrin – The protein of the future
Complete Protein 3 contains very high levels of bioactive lactoferrin. 1 portion provides significantly more (166mg) than the dose (120mg) that has been shown to be effective in scientific studies. Lactoferrin allows you to train more often, longer and harder without suffering from overtraining & infections.
Lactoferrin has unique properties:
- Increases the body's ability to bind iron
- Useful for important bacterial culture in the stomach

Suggested dosage:
1 dl powder mixed with water or milk. The flavor is produced after mixing with 2.5 - 3 dl of water or milk.
