Caffeine - the most widely used invigorating substance in the world. One can contains 300 mg, or roughly 3 normal-sized mugs of coffee.
Arginine-Alpha-ketoglutarate (AAKG) , is a compound between the amino acid l-arginine and alpha-ketoglutarate that creates ATP (the cells' main energy source). L-Arginine increases the feeling of pump in the muscle by stimulating the body's production of nitric oxide and hemoglobin. Nitric oxide increases oxygen uptake by widening the blood vessels. Via Alpha-ketoglutarate you get an additional effect because it is involved in the process that creates ATP. AAKG is a significantly more expensive ingredient than L-Arginine, but if it's a PWO+, it is! One can contains 3000 mg of AAKG.
Beta-Alanine , acts as a lactic acid inhibitor - especially with regular intake. If you are above beta-alanine, you may initially experience a tingling sensation under the skin after intake. It is completely normal and the feeling is often experienced as energizing before a tough training session. But the real reason why the ingredient is in the product is to make you more resistant to lactic acid. One jar contains 3500 mg of beta-alanine, enough to give most people tingling in the fingers!
Acetyl-l-Carnitine (ALC) is a powerful antioxidant that participates in the burning process in the muscle and also serves as energy for the brain. One jar contains 1000 mg of ALC.
