Specification
- Adjustable length. Maximum length 300 cm.
- Adjust: 1. Open the handle by prying off the plastic button at the end. 2. Pull out the rope and move the plastic stop to the desired length. Cut off unnecessary length if needed. 3. Replace the plastic button.
- Should not be used on tarmac or other surfaces that have a grooved surface as it can destroy the jump rope. Locate a flat surface.
