Vita-Min Multiple Sport from Olimp is an advanced and high-quality multivitamin/mineral product whose formulation has been specifically developed for training individuals. Vita-Min Multiple Sport has chosen to focus on a unique content in two different formulations, VITA-PLEX® and CHELA-MIN®. Both of these complexes are built entirely on some of the best forms of vitamins and minerals to be found from Albion® and PureWay-C®.
Vita-Min Multiple Sport is divided into two capsules where one, VITA–PLEX®, contains all vitamins and plant extracts and the other, CHELA-MIN®, all minerals. This gives you as a user much greater freedom in how you want to dose your product, but Olimp recommends that you take one capsule of each complex.
For an athlete, (protein) from the diet is the most important source for muscle building and (carbohydrates and fat) for energy supply. In addition to these three basic nutrients, one finds a large variety of micronutrients in food – vitamins, minerals and substances with vitamin-like functions which are necessary in small quantities daily. Vita-Min Multiple Sport facilitates the intake of these substances.

Recommended daily dose: Take 1 capsule of VITA–PLEX® and 1 capsule of CHELA-MIN® once per day after the main goal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Ingredients and allergens:
VITA–PLEX® : Vitamin C (microencapsulated L-ascorbic acid [PureWay-C®]), capsule (gelatin, color [E171]), citrus bioflavonoids, artichoke extract (5% cynarins), pumpkin seed extract, nettle extract, extract of green tea (Camellia sinensis), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), niacin (nicotinamide), vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate), vitamin B6 ( pyridoxine hydrochloride), pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), alpha-lipoic acid, black pepper extract (Piper nigrum, [Bioperine®]), vitamin A (retinyl acetate), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), D-biotin, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin D ( cholecalciferol).

Other information:
Should not be consumed if you consume other products containing green tea on the same day. Do not consume more than 800 mg of epigallocatechin gallate per day. Should not be taken by pregnant or lactating women or children under 18 years of age. Should not be taken on an empty stomach
