Opti-Men from Optimum Nutrition consists of both vitamins, minerals, amino acids and several fruit and herbal extracts specially adapted for active men. The capsules contain, for example, high levels of zinc and magnesium, which together contribute to normal testosterone levels, something that active men have an increased need for.

This quality multivitamin also has a high content of chromium, which contributes to the normal metabolism of macronutrients and to maintaining normal blood sugar levels. They also contain selenium, which contributes to normal thyroid function, vitamin B12, which contributes to the normal function of the nervous system and to normal energy metabolism, and vitamin B6, which contributes to normal protein and glycolysis.
