ISOLATE PROTEIN is a microfiltered protein powder exclusively from whey protein in isolated form. Isolate protein contains much lower sugar, fat and lactose content than a protein concentrate (classic whey isolate protein) has. Isolate is therefore perfect for those who are lactose intolerant because it only contains 0.3 grams of carbohydrates per scoop. Normally, as a lactose intolerant person, you should not consume more than 5 grams of lactose, but you can dose our Isolate protein several times a day without reaching the maximum limit.

For maximum recovery and muscle building, we recommend taking your Isolate protein immediately after training and during the day if you need to increase your daily protein intake. In this way, it becomes a simple, effective and economical way to get the daily need for protein. From 100 grams of whey isolate protein powder, you get 84 grams of finely filtered Isolate protein, but it must not replace a varied diet, but must be used as a supplement and supplement.
Preparation takes place by mixing 1 scoop (30g) with 2.5 dl of water in a shaker and this way you get a protein shake that is easy to take with you and drink when you need. One tip is to mix your Isolate protein powder into the porridge and get a solid breakfast that tastes good and contains more protein.
