I am Fucked Up Spike Burn also contains 300 mg of caffeine for increased alertness, chromium for normal regulation of blood sugar and 6 paradol from paradise seed.
Maximum dosage is 2 capsules and believe us when we say that it really is maximum dosage. It is very important not to take the capsules too late in the evening as this can disturb the night's sleep.
