F#cked Up Joker Edition is a masterpiece with 11 active ingredients. Each scoop provides 3,000 mg of beta-alanine, 3,000 mg of tricreatine malate and 300 mg of caffeine, among other things.
Beta-alanine is something the body can produce itself. The body can then combine beta-alanine with the amino acid histidine to form carnosine. Carnosine's function is to buffer acids, such as lactic acid, which occurs during hard physical exertion.
Creatine can also be produced by the body and is used to charge the molecules ADP and AMP into ATP. The primary, immediate fuel the body uses during movement is ATP.
F#cked Up Joker Edition provides a whopping 300 mg of caffeine per serving! Caffeine is a substance that helps you in many ways during your workout. Caffeine contributes to increased performance in muscular endurance work, increased muscular endurance capacity and helps to increase alertness and improve concentration / attention.
Number of doses per package : 30 – 60 pcs.
Recommended daily dose : 0.5-1 scoop (5-10 g) mixed with 3 dl of water. Take 30 minutes before physical activity. Start with a lower dose to determine your tolerance level and then gradually increase until the desired effect is achieved. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
