Crazy 8 provides an incredible 400 mg of caffeine per serving. The caffeine comes from no less than 4 different sources. This is combined with 3,000 mg of beta-alanine for those who like tingles, 50 mg of AstraGin®, taurine, yerba mate, betaine and much more.
Crazy 8 is not a PWO that should be taken too late in the evening as there is a risk that it will disturb sleep. You who are experienced and used to caffeine can try a scoop, but most people recommend starting with half the dose to evaluate tolerance.
Number of doses per package: 18 – 37 pcs.
Recommended daily dose: Mix 0.5 - 1 scoop (7 - 14 g) with 3 dl of water and drink approx. 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
