This is a very well composed gainer with substantial content. One serving provides a whopping 58 g of protein in combination with 25 g of fat from coconut and 146 g of carbohydrates. In addition, Swedish Supplements has enriched Massive Mass with a hefty dose of creatine monohydrate.
As a serving of Massive Mass is 233 g, it is recommended that you use a larger shaker of 1 liter when mixing this product. On training days, take advantage of a serving directly after training. Other days, you take 1 - 2 servings spread over the day.
Number of doses per package / Amount of use: Mix 4 scoops (approx. 233 g) with 350 ml of water. Drink 1-2 times per day, preferably after training and between meals. A package of 3,500 g provides 15 servings. A package of 7,000 g provides 30 servings.
