This includes creatine, beta-alanine, citrulline and caffeine. All are added in carefully measured dosages. In addition to these ingredients, you will find what makes this PWO so unique and it is substances such as hedgehog mushroom, Zynamite®, citicoline and yerba mate. These ingredients make this product stand out from the crowd.
Project X Nootropic PWO contains, among other things, a high dose of caffeine and therefore you should always start with half the dosage to evaluate your tolerance. Mix a serving and drink about 20 – 30 minutes before training begins.
Number of doses per package: 20 pcs.
Recommended daily dose: Measure 20 ml of powder (16 g) and mix with 3 dl of cold water. Drink 20 – 30 minutes before training. Always evaluate personal tolerance by starting with half the amount (8 g). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
