Slow Down contains GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid). GABA is something the brain produces itself. GABA is the most common inhibitory neurotransmitter in the central nervous system.
The minerals zinc and magnesium are also added. Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function and to protecting cells from oxidative stress. Magnesium contributes to a normal functioning nervous system but also to normal mental function and contributes to a reduction of fatigue and exhaustion.
This is combined with lemon balm extract, L-theanine, chamomile extract (5:1) and vitamin B6 for a complete product.
