Vitamin & Mineral Complex is a food supplement that provides a carefully balanced dose of vitamins and minerals. Vitamin & Mineral is an AM and PM system where substances that are suitable for taking in the morning are separately in a capsule and substances that are commonly used for recovery and rest are in a capsule for the evening.

There are a total of 29 active ingredients, including vitamins C and E and Selenium to protect the cells against oxidative stress. Zinc and vitamin D to maintain the immune system. B vitamins including B1, B2 and niacin to support metabolism. Magnesium for normal muscle function and protein synthesis and chromium for maintaining normal blood sugar.

Vitamin Mineral Complex is a heavily dosed product in many cases much higher than the RI (Reference Intake) in percentage and thus adapted to work for those who have an increased need for these nutrients.
However, the dosage is designed so that each individual substance is all within the prescribed range recommended by EFSA, where the highest value is a so-called "Upper limit"
Dosage: Take one capsule of the vitamin supplement in the morning and one capsule of the mineral supplement in the evening.
